ISNAF Presents Dr. Jane Shatz

Dr. Shatz has 30 years working as a forensic psychologist in family law conducting child custody evaluations, and specializing in working with high conflict and alienated families in various capacities from being a reunification therapist, working with alienated parents and their children to working solely with parents who have been alienated.

She will discuss the following:

  • The in's and out's of child therapy in high conflict and alienation cases.

  • How can a parent get the child into therapy?

  • What are the legal issues regarding child therapy and consent?

  • What boundaries with the parents should a therapist maintain to keep the therapist as neutral as possible?

She will answer questions submitted prior to the presentation.
