Judicial decision on Parental Alienation from Canada


Last week, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice ruled:

"That (i) parental alienation exists and (ii) is a phenomenon that is not in the best interests of children are two general propositions that are so universally and widely accepted that they have been the subjects of judicial notice by many courts in the past."
