“For Pre-determined Losers walking into the courtroom today, we were able to leave with our heads high. It couldn't have gone better. Dr. Steinberg, prompted with questions, talked about Parent Alienation and coercive control from the perspective of someone that has worked on hundreds of cases and specialized in this area. She was able to describe, to a "T", everything that my ex has been doing. She completely flipped the child's testimony from being proof of my unworthiness as a parent to being proof of my ex’s alienation. She was calm, cool, and collected with a British accent and patience with his questions. He was completely flummoxed; sputtering and stammering. Knocked off his square, he couldn't think of any questions to ask Dr. Steinberg that would incriminate me. It, at least, neutralized the child's testimony, as Dr. Steinberg connected the dots as we hoped she would, for the court. It was beautiful. My attorney was like "this couldn't have gone better." Her testimony was so powerful and so exposing of my ex’s influence, it's going to be hard to overcome. Thank you for helping us do the impossible. While we haven't "won" the war, we won back an essential element needed in order to win the war: credibility and explanation. We couldn't do that without Dr. Steinberg's testimony.”
